- Creativity has been one of the largest influences on my life, and has shaped who I am today. Starting with my Grandma Marita's visits to our house on Day Road in Ventura California when I was a wee thing. She herself was an oil landscape artist, but she would bring us paper and a colorful palette of acrylic paints for us to have adventures with. My two sisters, Cindy and Sue, would sit around our little kitchen table and enter the world of color and experienced the feelings they can evoke for the first time in our lives...
